All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles and Frozen products should be returned in foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to help@urbani.com . Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.

We offer free subscription to our newsletter.
We also send e-mail updates and notices about offers and coupons for our customers.
These services may be requested or cancelled through the customer account pages used to establish and maintain your account.
