Express 2 days - Second day
Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Please check transit times. Perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles) will be shipped via second day only Monday to Wednesday. If you place an order after 3pm (EST) on Wednesday your perishable order will be shipped out next Monday.
Express Standard - Next day
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Check transit times. Perishable items (fresh and frozen) will be shipped via Express standard only Monday to Thursday. If you place an order after 3pm (EST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped out next Monday.
Express Priority **Saturday delivery - Fedex Saturday Delivery
Ships Friday, arrives Saturday after order is shipped, by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. (Saturday Priority Service is not available in all areas)
We specialize in shipping and in order to offer to our customers the best service we ship all our products in special FedEx boxes at our discounted rates, we ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms) only via Fedex Express. If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped either Next Day or Second Day.
To ensure that we send you the freshest possible product, we ship perishable items in a foam isolated box with ice packs. These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.
We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.
We also use Fedex for non-perishable items, you can choose from the following shipping methods: Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd Day, and Fedex Standard Overnight.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following Federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles and Frozen products should be returned in foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.
