Where and How do we ship?


We actually ship in US, usually the delivery will happen next day during business days and saturday if option saturday delivery is selected for all fresh product and refrigerated items. All order are shipped by Urbani Truffles Headquaters in New York City, We specialize in shipping and in order to offer to our customers the best service we ship all our products in special FedEx boxes at our discounted rates, we ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms) only via Fedex Express. If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped either Next Day or Second Day.

To ensure that we send you the freshest possible product, we ship perishable items in a foam isolated box with ice packs. These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.

We also use Fedex for non-perishable items, you can choose from the following shipping methods: Fedex Ground, Fedex 2nd Day, and Fedex Standard Overnight.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following Federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Can I pre-order fresh Truffles and Caviar for a selected date, holiday,...?


Yes, you can pre-order and specify in your order the date you would like to be delivered. Consider that most of our fresh products like the Truffles have pricing variations every week. We will adjust your final total amount charge with the price of the day we ship to you.




What is The Truffle and Caviar House Rewards?


It’s our free rewards program that gives you the opportunity to earn points on all product purchases, reviews, social media shares, your birthday + more! You can then redeem these points for discount vouchers. Our program is open to all customers who create an account on our site. Anyone with an account prior to the launch of our loyalty program is automatically enrolled. Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in a Urbani Truffles Rewards account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account does not have any qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire. Join our Rewards program now to get started!
